  3. Emotional Rest: Allow yourself to express and process your emotions, seek support, and step away from draining situations.

    When was the last time you connected with your partner? Find a date idea that does not feel like a chore - dinner with live music or a painting session to get that much needed time alone with them.

  4. Sensory Rest: Reduce the overload from bright lights, loud noises, and screen time by embracing quiet and calming environments.

    Create or find a playlist of calming sounds and schedule quiet time for yourself on the calendar to keep you free from distractions.
